Well, our Saturday started with a couple of errands and then we set off for an adventure. We decided to take a drive over toward the Shenandoah Mountains.Our first stop was a little town called Sperryville, where we had lunch at Rae's. It was just a little local place but it was wonderful!! The food was great and the people were so friendly...we highly recommend it if you ever find yourself in Sperryville.
Then it was on to the Caverns. They were totally cool!! There were great formations and we had a great time listening to all the different stories.
After we finished the tour through the Caverns we took a drive on Skyline Drive. The leaves are not at their peak yet but there were some beautiful views just the same.
At the end of our day...you guessed it...we found a Cracker Barrel!! Now we couldn't think of any better way to finish a great day than to have a meal there.
