Washington Auto Show 2009

My friend Cliff and I spent an afternoon at the Washington Auto Show. Some great concpet cars and wide variety of alternative fuel cars and trucks. A smaller crowd this year than in the past couple of years...the bad economy is showing up everywhere.

A Lincoln concept...they didn't want talk about price, production date, or much else...just showing some possible design ideas was the party line...

Some of the designs were ready for production next year, such as this wild one. Will this be a production paint scheme, who knows? The question is, does this one come with a GI Joe?

And for the third year in a row the concept Camero with the same promise...produciton next year...this year we really mean it!!

A VW "CC" coupe, 55 mpg diesel roadster....looks hot!
